Put the ESS in T-TESS

In this training, leaders will learn how to provide a system of supports to help every teacher succeed in meeting the needs of every child. To help teachers grow, participants will also learn about the pitfalls of overemphasizing evaluation while devaluing professional learning. Every participant will walk away with a focused plan to build their very own ESS, Excellence Support System. This training is based on John Wink's Excellence in Every Classroom Framework. John Wink's training will focus on professional learning, collaboration, planning, and strategies to empower teacher leadership.
