Region 4 Science Conference



Join other science educators for a one-day science conference to explore K-12 instructional strategies, assessment, and technology applications in science. Participate in research-based student learning strategies that integrate inquiry investigation with hands-on activities, collaborative and cooperative methods, and the 5E instructional model.

Join us for the 10th Annual Region 4 Science Conference. Our keynote speaker this year will be Marcia Tate, presenting two different sessions: brain-based instructional strategies and formative assessment. Attendees receive a copy of the book Formative Assessment in a Brain Compatible Classroom. Choose from two breakout sessions led by Region 4 Science Specialists. Leave prepared to implement high-yield strategies in your classroom the next day. Browse the vendor hall. Lunch is provided.
