Goal Setting: Making the SMART Connection to Today's Needs

This session is designed to lead the participant through an understanding of developing SMARTer goals, in addition to the practice of writing high quality campus goals and improvement of professional practice goals, as required by T-TESS and T-PESS. This session will also include instruction in coaching, as it is connected to the goal-setting process to prepare administrators for moving into the two new Texas evaluation systems.
