Instructional Coaching: Working with the Adult Learner





Adult learners have a variety of experiences, learning styles, and needs. Finding the best way to reach and interact with adult learners can be a challenge for academic coaches. This session will explore many of the factors impacting successful coaching relationships by focusing the coach on the best ways to approach the variety of individuals encountered within the school setting and strategies for positive outcomes.
