This is a TOT designed for campus and district leadership to train their staff. It will emphasize the understanding and awareness of what behavior constitutes inappropriate educator conduct, as well as teach strategies to recognize, prevent, and respond to inappropriate conduct. Participants will be able to strengthen their knowledge of appropriate conduct regarding interactions and relationships with students within the classroom and community. This training consists of video scenarios, reflections, performance tasks, and assessments.
