Texas Education Agency will highlight the ESSA/EDGAR statutory requirements for LEAs to identify and serve Title I - eligible students attending Private Non-Profit (PNP) Schools. Participants will learn strategies for implementing these requirements, including identifying PNPs, holding consultation meetings, and maintaining appropriate documentation. Participants will examine reporting requirements and discuss resources to assist your LEA in establishing a productive, collaborative partnership with PNPs.
