Exploring How Deaf Children Learn





Learn of some of the differences between deaf and hearing learners (e.g., in executive function, memory, problem solving) and explore how these differences can either help or hinder learning in formal and informal settings but need to be recognized by everyone involved.

The day will be split into two lectures, each followed by a question-and-answer session.

Afternoon: "How Deaf Children Learn (And Why Sometimes, They Don't)
