Instructional Coaching: Supporting the PLC





Are you seeking to improve the effectiveness and productiveness of your team meetings? Join us as we explore the coaches' roles and responsibilities to lead teacher teams. Explore how to support teachers in aligning their instruction to the TEKS and to create rigorous lessons that reach all students. Examine ways to use the Depth of Knowledge (DOK) process in your PLCs to optimize teacher and student growth. You will leave this session with ideas for strategies and practical, adaptable coaching tools to help manage various responsibilities.
