Participants will hear from
legal experts regarding many of the pressing topics that educators may face
during the 2019-2020 school year. This session is tailored specifically to meet
the needs of superintendents, human resources directors, special education
directors, central office staff, chief financial officers, and campus principals.
The event will offer a general
session as well as job-specific breakout sessions. Topics will include
information related to HB 3, school safety, discipline, record retention, employment issues, and special education.
