Charter Success Series: Do Your School Meals Measure Up? (Charter/Private/RCCI)
PS 1100, 1300, 2100, 2200





Operators of the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program will gain basic meal pattern knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to run effective and compliant programs while meeting the requirements of the meal patterns.  Menu Planners will explore concepts on basic menu planning,  tools that support the planned menu, and review advanced techniques that increase student acceptance while supporting nutritional requirements.

Participants must be child nutrition personnel at a contracting entity that currently participates in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program.
