TEA Programs of Study (POS)





The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has created statewide Programs of Study (POS) for Career and Technical Education (CTE).

In this Programs of Study session, participants will be able to define and discuss the Perkins V requirements related to programs of study.  In addition, participants will understand the process of labor market data analysis used to inform the statewide programs of study, have the knowledge necessary to implement the statewide programs of study in their school district and be able to define and discuss the advantages for providing students with programs of study supported with labor market data.
