Instructional Coaching: PLCs by Design

Move to action using the PLC+ framework to support your teacher teams. Participants will focus on ensuring teachers discover the vital role they play in the equation of teaching and learning. Discuss equity, high expectations, and a commitment to building self-efficacy and collective efficacy. This session will support educators to question practices and outcomes. Participants will receive a copy of the publications, PLC+ Better Decisions and Greater Impact by Design and The PLC+ Playbook, a Corwin publication.
