School Age Stuttering: Where Do We Start? (4 part series)



Do you still get anxious when you receive a stuttering referral? Has the current research on stuttering left you feeling unsure about your knowledge and skills relating to assessment and treatment practices? These questions may seem daunting to even the most seasoned clinician.  Good news! This 4 part series will start at the beginning to provide a comprehensive look at cognitive and behavioral aspects of stuttering therapy, multi-dimensional assessments as well as eligibility issues, report writing, therapy planning, tools and techniques for implementation, and counseling strategies. 

Important Session Information:



TSHA CE hours will be available for SLPs and SLP Assistants who sign in before the presenter begins and who stays the entire day. Partial credit will not be available. On going construction around the Region 4 area may cause traffic delays that could affect the acquisition of CE hours. Please allow plenty of extra time to arrive at the center. This session is partially funded through state and federal grants.
