Attract, prepare, and retain certified teachers to help eliminate Bilingual Exceptions and ESL Waivers. Participants will learn systematic strategies to find the hidden talent that exists within the school community to help lead the next generation of children in our schools.
Title III: Receive support and technical assistance in conducting data analysis applicable to the Title III program to assist in improving and sustaining effective Language Instructional Educational Programs (LIEPs).
