Taking and Analyzing Running Records

A running record allows teachers to closely observe and record student's oral reading behavior in order to plan instruction. Participants will learn how to use standard markings to take running records, how to analyze the running record for accuracy and comprehension, and then how to identify what cueing systems students are using to plan instruction.
