Instructional Coaching: The Critical Elements of the Coaching Cycle (Virtual)
Instructional Coaching During COVID Times!





Learn how to set manageable goals to begin coaching cycles with teachers. Explore how to organize and manage the different phases of each cycle, as well as, ways to communicate effectively with teachers and administrators in order to yield optimal results.

Different times call for different measures. This training will also explore the instructional coaching cycles in virtual settings.

This session is a virtual instructor-led two-day training. Day 1 August 11 9:00AM-11:00AM and Day 2 August 18 9:00AM-11:00AM.

You will first need to register through Region 4 www.esc4.net. Only those who register will be provided the online link to participate in the online course. The link will be provided a day before the training.
