Objective: Two-day intensive workshop where participants will enhance their knowledge and gain practical skills to implement the CACFP meal pattern. This academy will target menu planning, purchasing, required documentation, and meal preparation. Participants will be able to plan a menu with an emphasis on multicultural recipes, incorporating whole grains and leave with the tools to train and implement practices at sites.
