Incorporating Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Practices into the ARD Committee Process





This session will highlight the tenets of social-emotional learning (SEL) as they relate to improving the ARD Committee/IEP Team and meeting process for educators. Strategies and supports will be identified and offered during the session to increase the effectiveness of the ARD/IEP meeting process utilizing SEL and trauma-informed practices. The benefits for parents, school staff, and students will also be noted throughout the session.
