T-TESS: Field Supervisors of Teaching Candidates

This T-TESS (Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System Training Online) training is designed for field supervisors who support clinical teachers or internship teachers. The training is required for educator program field supervisors observing intern or clinical teachers. In this session, participants will learn effective coaching strategies, review the observation cycle, begin to understand the T-TESS Rubric, and practice the collection of evidence.
Important Session Information:
This training is Instructor led via Zoom and designed for field supervisors who support clinical teachers or internship teachers. Participation in this session fulfills the requirement of Texas Evaluation Support System (T-TESS) training for field supervisors of teaching candidates. The eight hour training will provide an understanding of the process, tools and coaching strategies required of appraisers in the T-TESS system.
