This session or series of sessions is to provide coaching to district coordinators, administrators, teachers to provide supports to those who have attended professional development to help them effectively implement training components into practice with their campus educators, and or students. To achieve this goal the coaching process will entail building strong alliances with educators while engaging in a 3-step cycle (observation/review of assessment/fidelity data, modeling/strategic planning, and performance feedback) grounded in effective coaching practices. Examples of coaching opportunities areas are Classroom management, Equity, PBIS, MTSS/Behavior implementation and Restorative Discipline.
