TIL Overview





This session is intended for district and campus leaders who are interested in applying for the TEA Grant Opportunity: 2021-2022 Teacher Leadership Cycle 2 (Pathway #1 Texas Instructional Leadership) who would like to learn more about Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) through Region 4.

In this brief overview session, information will be shared about the content and training options that are connected to Pathway #1.  Participants will also learn about the impact that TIL has had in Region 4, its alignment to the Effective Schools Framework, and why TIL is a powerful approach to building the capacity of Teacher Leaders in your Local Education Agency (LEA).
