Safe and Supportive Schools Project

The purpose of this project is to increase teacher efficacy and retention rates of teachers who are currently within their first five years of practice. Participants in this project will get in-depth instruction in evidence based practices of classroom management as well as instructional techniques that support teaching to edges. Participants will receive support for at any grade level using a variety of collaborative techniques delivered through recorded and live virtual formats. Participants are paired with an instructional coach for the duration of the project.
