Making Data-Driven Decisions for Campus Leaders' Roles and Responsibilities

When you hear “data-driven,” you may immediately think about student performance.  But, what about utilizing data to refine teaching and supervision assignments on your campus?  This session will provide participants with exemplar artifacts related to roles and responsibilities for campus leaders.  Participants will also  have the opportunity to practice utilizing multiple data points to ensure teaching and staffing assignments are aligned to maximize student achievement.  Participants will then be able to replicate this process on their campuses or in their district as they plan for teaching and supervision assignments for the upcoming school year.

This session focuses on Essential Actions 1.1 and 2.1 from the Effective Schools Framework.
