Effective Advising should begin in elementary grades and continue throughout middle school, high school, postsecondary and into a career to support students throughout their academic and career development. In a K-12 setting, effective advising is delivered through the individual student planning system of a comprehensive school counseling program.
This session is designed to coach participating districts through the process for planning and implementing an individual student planning system utilizing the comprehensive school counseling program; the Effective Advising Framework (EAF).
