Are you new to the TELPAS and ELPS world? Come learn about the requirements of the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) and the connection between English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS) and the TELPAS assessment process.Participants will receive foundational training in ELPS and Proficiency Language Descriptors (PLDs) in order to impact ongoing instruction and success on the spring administration of TELPAS assessment.
This training is designed to support Administrators, Coordinators or Leadership Staff who are NEW to working with Emergent Bilinguals/English Learners and need the foundational knowledge of TELPAS, ELPS and PLDs.
