Houston… We have a problem! Are you overwhelmed from trying to plan for the various learner needs in your classroom? Travel out of this world for a space themed introduction to Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will engage in mindshifting activities while exploring how to use the UDL framework to assist in identifying and removing curriculum barriers. Explore multiple means of representation, to give learners various ways of acquiring information and knowledge. Engage in multiple means of action and expression, to provide learners alternatives for demonstrating what they know. Understand multiple means of engagement, to tap into learners' interests, and increase motivation.
