Monitoring Quality of Assigned Teacher Action Steps (Virtual)

Your instructional leaders have been trained on providing action steps to teachers in your campus/district, but how do you know if the action steps and coaching they are providing is really moving the needle? No school or district leader wants to wait until a major summative assessment to make connections between student outcomes and the work instructional leaders do with teachers. In this session, leaders will hone their skill at reviewing the action steps being assigned to teachers in their building/district, create systems for tracking and analyzing action steps, and stamp the success criteria that they will use to measure action step quality.
