Calibrating for T-TESS (Virtual)





This online session is designed for certified T-TESS Appraisers to calibrate observations using the T-TESS rubric.  Participants will hone their skills in evaluating teachers with fidelity in order to identify high-performing teachers. Leadership teams will capture evidence of best practices that maximize student growth and ensure that all members of the evaluation team can appraise objectively. This session will prepare administrators for meeting the demands of designating teachers for the Teacher Incentive Allotment in House Bill 3.
