As part of the support offered to LEAs, Coaching, and Technical Assistance is offered to any staff member working with students with disabilities to develop Postsecondary Transition Plans. Coaching and Technical Assistance are available in the areas of conducting transition assessment, developing a transition plan, and how to use State Performance Plan Indicator 13 (SPPI 13) and State Performance Plan Indicator 14 (SPPI 14) as tools to determine areas of needed capacity-building to improve post high school outcomes for students with disabilities receiving Special Education Services.
