A campus leadership team who are considered the problem solving team for the campus, are tasked with developing and implementing systems of supports to enrich teacher growth and teacher learning. This requires each member to understand his or her role in problem-solving tiered supports. This session addresses roles of problem-solving team members and effective problem-solving team practices. Participants will explore their roles in the implementation of a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) framework, planning effective meetings, and creating consistent expectations.
