Getting Started With Device Repair: A Workshop for Special Educators

This engaging hands-on workshop will help equip assistive technology specialists and special educators with the skills to diagnose and repair common issues with devices used by students. Led by an expert instructor, you'll learn step-by-step repair procedures, prioritize safety measures, and gain troubleshooting techniques to minimize issues during the repair process. This session provides everything you need to succeed and keep devices in working order to promote student success. 

Session and materials costs are partially funded through state and/or federal grants.


Important Session Information:



This hands on workshop will focus on iPads only. Participants are welcome to bring any broken iPads to repair during the session. 

The workshop will be hosted in Alvin ISD.
