Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training






ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a comprehensive 2-Day workshop designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to intervene effectively in cases of suicide risk. Participants learn how to recognize warning signs, engage with those at risk, and develop safety plans to support individuals in crisis. Through interactive exercises and role-playing scenarios, ASIST empowers participants to provide immediate assistance and connect individuals with appropriate resources for further help. This evidence-based program emphasizes a compassionate and collaborative approach to suicide prevention, fostering a supportive community committed to saving lives.
