Based on the New York Times bestseller by Charles Duhigg and the latest science in habit formation, The Power of Habit® course teaches how habits work and how to develop effective habits using skill instead of willpower. The course draws on the science of habit formation to help learners recognize when they need to change, what behaviors they ought to change, and how to make desired behaviors stick.
This two-day training series utilizes Crucial Learning, LC materials which are developed and designed to teach skills for creating alignments and agreements. Materials and resources provided in this training are partially funded by state and federal grants. This is a live online, 2-day event.
