Educator Wellness and Trauma Informed Classroom Training





"Educator Wellness and Trauma-Informed Classroom" training
focuses on equipping educators with strategies to prioritize their
own well-being while creating a safe and supportive learning
environment for students who have experienced trauma. Through
this training, educators learn about the effects of trauma on learning
and behavior, as well as self-care techniques to mitigate stress and
burnout. The training also provides practical tools for implementing
trauma-informed practices in the classroom, such as creating
predictable routines, fostering a sense of safety, and promoting
positive relationships. By prioritizing educator wellness and
adopting trauma-informed approaches, schools can better support
the academic and emotional needs of all students.
