This class teaches participants how to accurately complete required Meal Production Records for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Meal production records support the successful management of the food service operation, facilitate communication, and document compliance with the CACFP child and adult care meal pattern requirements. This class is for day care centers, adult day care and day care home providers.
