Navigating National Board Certification: Component 2 Course
December 15, 2024 - March 15, 2025





This self-paced, on-demand course allows candidates to examine approaches for understanding students' strengths and needs to design an instructional plan that allows for data collection. Candidates will learn to reflect and effectively communicate their teaching practices, focusing on differentiated instruction. This course will support candidates in preparing to submit the Component 2 portfolio.

Please remember that this course is self-paced and will not include any set meeting times. Once you complete registration, you will receive two messages, one from Region 4 (ESC4) confirming your registration and one from Canvas (notifications@instructure.com), letting you know you have been enrolled in the course. If you do not see the email in your inbox check your spam and junk mail. To gain access to the course in Canvas you must use the same email address that was used to register with Region 4. You will have a three-month time frame to complete the course.
