Explore practical topics such as the structure of a Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD), legal issues, fiscal management, and leadership skills. Learn what it takes to become a leader in deaf education in the state of Texas. Sessions and materials costs are funded partially through state and federal grants.
