This self-care session will focus on strategies to prevent burn-out, reserve energy and recharge your batteries.
In this self-care session, participants will:
- complete an introspective, self-analysis
- discuss the science behind stress
- participate in group activities
- engage in light stretches, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation
