This two-day training prepares MTSS-Behavior District Coordinators (DCs) to lead and guide their District Leadership Team (DLT) implementation efforts to align and integrate current MTSS work. DCs will learn their role and those of the DLT to begin, continue, or sustain MTSS-Behavior implementation using the District Systems Fidelity Inventory (DSFI) fidelity assessment based on the nine district implementation blueprint drivers.
Coordinators will learn the district systems and essential activities to build a common language and understanding around implementation. We will explore the roles of DLT members and those of the DC. Coordinators will also receive an overview of the DSFI, how to conduct the assessment, draft the action plan, and align the DLT's implementation efforts with the district improvement plan and other initiatives. DCs will receive resources to assist them in their work and hear how to access additional support and assistance.
