The Region 4 Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Community of Practice (CoP)
provides districts with a platform to collaborate, exchange ideas, share best
practices, and discuss problems of practice related to Local Designation
Systems and National Board Certification.
In these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to engage in
just-in-time conversations around system development, data capture, data
submission, expansion and modification, and data validation and system
approval.
These sessions will be held via Zoom to allow all Region 4 districts to
attend and contribute valuable insights. Region 4 staff will facilitate the
meetings to support participants in deep dives into TIA topics and dedicate
time to the stage of implementation breakouts. The information learned,
networking, and real-time support make this CoP a valuable opportunity.
