USDA Foods for Schools: Ordering for Success Training Program, including WBSCM




Participants will be guided through the foundational elements of successfully operating the Food Distribution Program within a School Food Authority. Requirements, processes, advantages, and challenges of operating the DoD Fresh Program within a School Food Authority will be covered as well as the recommended steps of forecasting to successfully order USDA Foods.  WBSCM Entitlement, Requisitions, Foods Usage and Receipting will be included.
