Person Centered Planning is an approach to help students have more meaningful input into planning school services in the transition to adulthood.
Aimee Day is the Director of Person-Centered Planning & Family Outreach at the Center on Disability and Development at Texas A&M and a Person-Centered Thinking Mentor trainer. She is also the mother to an adult son with a disability. In this session, she will share PCP tools and practices and how parents and families can use them to support their children with disabilities into their transition to adulthood.
