Adobe Flash for CTE Teachers
Share
In this session, participants will be creating a frame-by-frame animation using Adobe Flash. We will start with the basics of drawing in Flash and use the following tools: Pen, Brush, Paintbucket and Eyedropper. You will have a file that has been started for you so you can simply focus on learning the drawing basics. You will trace a character's walk cycle. We will start together so I can show you some basics of the tools; you will then trace and color the character in each of the 8 frames. Next, you will learn how to set-up an Adobe Flash document to trace reference files of a run-cycle. You will learn the following skills how to create a Flash document, import a sequence of images, work with layers (creating, naming, locking), create key frames, work with the Text tool and publish a Flash document.
