Participants will develop culinary skills to create meals that are great tasting and meet federal and state regulations. The participants will learn to improve the appeal and acceptability of school meals. For safety reasons, all participants are required to wear elbow length or short sleeve shirts, long pants and closed-toe/non-slip shoes. If proper clothing and shoes are not worn, an alternative class will be substituted.
