Preschool PLC 16-17
Share
This PLC is for Preschool teachers that teach students with special needs. Your classroom may be an inclusion classroom, a designated PPCD classroom, Head Start, community-based, daycare or any other setting in which you teach 3-5 year old students with disabilities. The PLC will consist of 7 half day PLC meetings, one per month from October-April. You may choose to come to one or all PLC meetings. The PLC will be based around the book, "Building Blocks for Teaching Preschoolers with Special Needs." We will be discussing areas such as how to modify activities and curriculum, embedding learning opportunities, instructional strategies, independence, social relationships, behavior, and any other areas that the PLC seeks guidance on.
