Lead4ward Instructional Leadership Series




Audience: For leadership teams (principals and teacher leaders) Note: Combination of Data 411 and Diggin’ Data Sessions Leading learning requires strategic, focused, and meaningful use of multiple measures of data (STAAR, local tests, and evidence other than tests); using those data to set priorities; and mapping those priorities onto a professional plan. What you will learn: •Use the lead4ward data module in eduphoria or DMAC to create Leadership Report Cards for each grade level and content area •Analyze and interpret multiple measures of state and local assessment data •Select campus priorities in each content area to create a professional development plan •Develop a data plan for the year
