TxEIS Secondary Scheduling (Preparing for Next Year's Schedule)




The TxEIS Scheduling training is for users to learn the following: 1. How to complete Scheduling Preparation steps. 2. How to use the Resource Allocator and Master Schedule Generator to create a Master Schedule. 3. How to use the Scheduling Load to load the student schedules. 4. How to use TxMyZone for student course request entry done by the student. 5. How to adjust their Master Schedule and Student Schedules manually. Day 1 - We will cover Scheduling Preparation steps, manually building your master schedule and student schedules, and using the Scheduling Load to load your student schedules. Day 2 - In the morning, we will cover how to use the Master Schedule Generator to automatically build your campus master schedule and then end with how to load your student schedules using the Scheduling Load.
