RCEST Matter is What Matters - Exploring Matter and Energy in Grades 5-8




Participants will investigate concepts of density, states of matter, elements, compounds, physical and chemical changes, and periodicity. Emphasis will be placed on concepts of systems, cause and effect, and patterns. Each topic will incorporate hands-on lessons designed to engage all students through guided inquiry.
