Identification of Gifted Learners




This workshop meets the state mandate(19 TAC 89.2(1)specifically Section 4.1.1C of the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students for teachers working toward the state required 30 hours of training for gifted educators. Legal issues, nominating, assessing, and placing students in gifted programs will be addressed in this workshop. CSFs 1,7
