Advancing Educational Leadership




AEL is the "co-requisite" to TTESS appraisal certification. If you do not currently hold a PDAS appraisal certification, you must complete this course prior to appraising teachers under the new state recommended appraisal system (i.e., Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System- TTESS). This requirement begins for the 2016-2017 school year and continues indefinitely.
